Founder - Shubhadaa Wellness and Transformation
My journey toward counselling began through a lifelong interest in personal development, psychology, and understanding human behavior.
While building my professional career, I became increasingly aware of the emotional challenges many people experience in their personal and professional lives. Stress, uncertainty, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions often affect individuals in ways that are not always visible to others.
Wanting to better support people through these experiences, I pursued formal training in counselling and committed myself to continuous learning in the areas of emotional wellbeing, communication, and personal growth.
Today, I combine professional experience, counselling skills, and a genuine desire to help others create positive change in their lives.

I started this practice because I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to express their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
